Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cups Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Carrots
- 5 Grape Tomatoes
- 3 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Hard-Boiled Egg
- 1/2 oz. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 1. Wash the spinach leaves, and gently pat them dry.
- 2. Layer the carrots and tomato on top of the spinach.
- 3. Drain the mozzarella cheese, cube it, and spread it on top of the vegetables.
- 4. Slice the avocado in half, and remove the pit. Cube the avocado, and spread it over the rest of the salad.
- 5. Peel and slice the hard-boiled egg. Mix the egg into the salad.
- 6. In a large measuring cup, combine the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
