Ingredients:
- 3 Cups Water
- 2 lb Chuck Roast
- 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Parsley
- 2 Tbsp Onion Powder or 3 Pearl Onions
- 4 Large Carrots
- 2 Tbsp Rosemary
- 10 Baby Yellow Potatoes
- 1. Season the Chuck Roast with the parsley, Rosemary, garlic, and onions or onion powder.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into quarters, and chop the carrots. Cut the roast into 1 inch cubes.
- 3. Put the carrots, potatoes, water, and onions into the crock pot. Cook in the crock pot on high for 6 hours. Or you can cook the roast in an oven safe dish, covered, at 325° for four hours.
