Pasta Fagioli Soup


Ingredients:


  1. Soak the Cannellini Beans for 24 hours before you use them, if you are not using canned beans.
  2. 1. Combine the seasonings and broth, and chop the carrots. Add them to a medium sauce pot.
  3. 2. If you soaked the beans, drain them and then add them to the pot. Otherwise, open the can and add them to the pot. Add the tomatoes.
  4. 3. Bring the pot to a boil. Boil the ingredients for approximately 30 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
  5. 4. Add the cheese and noodles. Bring the soup back to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook the soup for another 15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot!
