Ingredients:
- 4 or 5 whole red leaf lettuce
- 2 Cups Turkey
- 2 medium celery stalks
- 1 Cup Seedless Red Grapes
- 1 Can Mandarin Oranges (drained)
- 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Light Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 1. Gently wash and pat dry lettuce leaves, line salad bowls with lettuce leaves.
- 2. Chop turkey into chunks and put into a medium-sized bowl.
- 3. Wash and slice celery and add to turkey.
- 4. Wash, destem and cut red grapes in half, add to salad mix in bowl.
- 5. Add drained Mandarin oranges to salad and gently mix in.
- 6. Mix in mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt, until well-blended.
- 7. Dish salad into lettuce lined bowls and top with almond slivers.
- Serve cold. This recipe yields 4 servings.
