Ingredients:
- 1 London Broil
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Wasabi
- 1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Savory Leaves
- 1/3 Cup Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp Parsley
- 3 Tbsp Watercress
- 1/4 tsp Tarragon
- 1. Place the London Broil into a shallow dish. In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, wasabi, garlic, sugar, and savory leaves, and blend well. Pour over the London Broil, coating entire steak.
- 2. Cover the dish, and let it marinade in the fridge for 8 hours.
- 3. Preheat the grill to 350°, and remove the London Broil from the refrigerator. Using tongs, place it on the grill, and reserve the marinade.
- 4. Grill the London Broik, and flip it only twice. Brush the meat with the marinade each time.
- To prepare lemon herb butter:
- 6. Soften butter and mix in lemon juice until well-blended.Add Worcestershire sauce, tarragon, parsley and watercress and mix well. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to allow for flavors to blend.
- 7. Remove steak from grill and slice into serving size portions.
- Add 1 tbsp of butter mix over top of steak and serve hot. This recipe yields 4-6 servings.
