Ingredients:
- 2-4 turkey breasts cutlets
- 3 Tbsp Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 1/12 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/3 Cup White Wine
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1. Using a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Brown the garlic for about 15 to 20 seconds.
- 2. Place the turkey in the skillet and brown about 8 to 10 minutes on each side, turning once. Before removing turkey from skillet, make sure it reaches an internal temperature of 165°. Set the cutlets aside.
- 3. Slowly add white wine and honey. Bring it to a simmering boil, and reduc the wine sauce.
- 4. Slowly stir in chicken broth and sprinkle salt to taste, simmer until sauce thickens stirring constantly.
- 5. Place the turkey back into the skillet, and cover it with the wine sauce. Cook until turkey cutlets are heated through.
- 6. Place the turkey onto a erving platter and spoon sauce over the meat.
- Serve hot, makes 2 to 4 servings.
