Ingredients:
- 2 Cornish Hens
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 Cup Water
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°. Place the Cornish hens into an oven safe pan, and pour the water into the bottom of pan.
- 2. Season each Cornish Hen with the garlic, salt, parsley, oregano, and basil.
- 3. Cook for approximately 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165° on the middle rack.
- Serve immediately. This recipe yields 4-6 servings.
