Green Beans Bearnaise



Ingredients:



  1. 1. Place the frozen green beans in a medium sauce pan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil, and cook until tender.
  2. 2. Drain the green beans, and add the ham or bacon and garlic.
  3. 3. Melt the butter, and add the green beans mixture to the saucepan.
  4. 4. Add the salt and tomato wedges. Cover and cook until tomatoes are heated.
  5. Serve hot. This recipe yields 4 servings.
