Ingredients:
- 9 oz. Frozen French Style Green Beans
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter
- ½ Cup Diced Cooked Ham or Bacon(optional)
- 1 Small Clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 1. Place the frozen green beans in a medium sauce pan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil, and cook until tender.
- 2. Drain the green beans, and add the ham or bacon and garlic.
- 3. Melt the butter, and add the green beans mixture to the saucepan.
- 4. Add the salt and tomato wedges. Cover and cook until tomatoes are heated.
- Serve hot. This recipe yields 4 servings.
