Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Light Mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 Loaf Italian Bread
- 1. Boil eggs for 12 minutes.
- 2. Remove the eggs from the water, and cool the eggs under cold water.
- 3. Remove the egg shells.
- 4. Dice eggs into a bowl and mix with mayonnaise.
- 5. Slice Italian loaf in half and toast until golden brown.
- 6. Spoon egg salad over bread, add top and serve.
