Egg Salad Sandwich



Ingredients:



  1. 1. Boil eggs for 12 minutes.
  2. 2. Remove the eggs from the water, and cool the eggs under cold water.
  3. 3. Remove the egg shells.
  4. 4. Dice eggs into a bowl and mix with mayonnaise.
  5. 5. Slice Italian loaf in half and toast until golden brown.
  6. 6. Spoon egg salad over bread, add top and serve.
