Corn Supreme Bake



Ingredients:



  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. 2. In a medium saucepan, add the creamed corn and milk. Mix well and cook over medium heat.
  3. 3. Stir in the onion and 1 cup of the bread crumbs. Continue to cook over medium heat and bring to a simmering boil.
  4. 4. Gently beat egg in a small bowl, and add it to the corn.
  5. 5. Remove the corn mixture from the heat and set it aside.
  6. 6. Pour the corn mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
  7. 7. Mix the remaining bread crumbs with the butter and sprinkle it over the top of the corn.
  8. 8. Bake for 20 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are lightly browned.
  9. Serve hot. This recipe yields approximately 8 servings.
