Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Sticks Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 Cups Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Extra Large Eggs
- 2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, soften the butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Then beat the butter and sugar together until smooth. Add the vanilla extract.
- 4. Add the flour mixture. Add one egg at a time. Beat the mixture after you add the egg.
- 5. Add the chocolate chips. You can add more or less chocolate chips, depending on your taste.
- 6. Refrigerate for about 45 minutes.
- 7. Pre-heat the oven to 375°. Roll the dough into tablespoon sized balls. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for about 13 minutes.
