Ingredients:
- 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 Cups Plain Bread Crumbs
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 Extra Large Eggs
- 1. Beat the eggs in a shallow, rectangular dish.
- 2. Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, thyme, flour, and bread crumbs together in a separate rectangular dish.
- 3. Cut each chicken breast into thirds, lengthwise.
- 4. Cover each piece of chicken in the bread crumb mixture and then into the eggs. Then cover the chicken in the bread crumb mixture again.
- 5. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes at 375° or cook in the air fryer at 375° for approximately 15 minutes.
- If you cook the chicken tenders in the air fryer, brush each side of the chicken tenders with Extra Virgin Olive Oil after 5 minutes.
