Blueberry Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Cup Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter
- 2 Cups Self Rising Flour
- 2 Cups Caster Sugar
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°.
- 2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter and place berries into the pot with the butter. Let the berries simmer for 5 minutes to soften, stirring continuously. Pour the berries and butter into a greased cake pan and spread evenly.
- 3. Using a medium mixing bowl prepare the pastry paste. Combine flour, caster sugar and whole milk mix until a thick batter paste forms. Pour paste over berries evenly.
- 4. Place the cobbler into the oven and bake for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown. Serve hot with ice cream.
