Banana Nut Bread



Ingredients:



  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease only the bottom of 9x5x3" loaf pan or 8x5x3" loaf pan . Mix all of the ingredients well and beat 30 seconds with mixer.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into loaf pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 55–65 minutes for a 9" pan. Cool slightly (5 minutes).
  3. 3. Loosen sides from pan and remove. Cool completely before slicing.
  4. 4. After the bread has cooled, wrap it with foil.
  5. Store it in the refrigerator no longer than 1 week. The bread can be wrapped in foil and frozen. Thaw completely before serving. Each serving is a 3/4" slice.
