Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Caster Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar (Lightly Packed)
- 3 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/4 Cups Whole Milk
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 Cup Banana (Mashed)
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease only the bottom of 9x5x3" loaf pan or 8x5x3" loaf pan . Mix all of the ingredients well and beat 30 seconds with mixer.
- 2. Pour the mixture into loaf pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 55–65 minutes for a 9" pan. Cool slightly (5 minutes).
- 3. Loosen sides from pan and remove. Cool completely before slicing.
- 4. After the bread has cooled, wrap it with foil.
- Store it in the refrigerator no longer than 1 week. The bread can be wrapped in foil and frozen. Thaw completely before serving. Each serving is a 3/4" slice.
