Ingredients:
- 1 Loaf Focaccia Bread
- 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 Leaves Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Red Onion
- 5 Slices Medium Cheddar Cheese
- 1/8 lb Thinly Sliced Roasted Turkey
- 1/8 lb Thinly Sliced Roasted Ham
- 1/8 lb Thinly Sliced Roast Beef
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°, and slice the focaccia loaf in half. Lightly spread the olive oil on both pieces of the bread. Bake in oven for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 2. Remove the bread from oven, and lightly spread the mayonnaise on both pieces of bread.
- 3. Place and layer all ingredients on bottom slice of bread.
- 4. Place other half of bread on top then cut into wedges. Serve Immediately.
